DIY: Thankful Tags

DIY: Thankful Tags

Whether you are having a friendsgiving or celebrating thanksgiving with family, there is much to be thankful for! As busy as we all are, it is so necessary to take a moment to think about everything that you have and cherish everything around you. I've created these printable tags that can be used as a reminder for you and your guests.

Creating a "thankful tree" to hang these tags from is a great way to showcase all that you and your guests have to be thankful for. They will have fun adding to the tree and getting to read what other guests have written! You can also use them as on gifts or thank you favors to let your loved ones know how thankful you are for them.

Palm Springs

Palm Springs

Turned 30 last weekend in one of my favorite places. Spent hours lounging by the pool, swinging in the hammock on our private terrace, and snapping shots of all the mid century modern gems. I really couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend my birthday. Here’s a few pics of my adventures in Palm Springs with my crew.

DIY: Father's Day Cards

DIY: Father's Day Cards

Father's Day doesn't really get the full credit it deserves. If you look at Mother's Day, my feeds were full of cards and DIY projects 2 months out! Don't get me wrong mom's are great, but I think dad's equally need to be recognized.  I am lucky enough to have two amazing men to honor on Father's Day - my dad and the father of my kiddos. Both are truly the best dads and if I am even half the parent that they are, I will feel that I have succeeded in life.

I know there are many of you out there that want to thank your own dad and your man for being such great fathers, so I have created two Father's Day cards for you to print for free.

Free Downloadable Print

I have been working on a new client project and haven't been too happy with any of designs.  Sometimes its best to just step away and look at something else for a bit, rather than trying to force it.  So after the boys fell asleep, I grabbed a glass of wine, put on some tunes, and got the creative juices flowing again by designing a new print. It was nice to create something without worrying about how it aligns with a specific brand or someone else's style... it was just for me and the beauty I see.

And if you like it, it can be for you too with this free download that can be used as a print or wallpaper.

California Travels

California Travels

I've lived in cali most my life and just recently moved to Atlanta... and while I love raising my family here, there are a few aspects that are missing - the beach, the desert, and of course, the grandparents. We recently took a short trip out to visit the grandparents, which my boys couldn't have been more excited about... face time is amazing but the real thing is even better! While we were there I tried to capture the beach and desert life that I know I would miss when I got back.
